Don't lose momentum...build on your dog’s great start!
Intermediate Manners & Obedience for Dogs is the perfect second class for your new canine companion. In this class, you’ll expand on and refine all those techniques and behaviors you learned in Beginning Manners & Obedience (or any other basic training class).
Our goal is to provide a safe and fun learning environment that will provide you with the knowledge and skills you need to successfully work with your dog to get the kind of behavior you like, both at home and out in the real world.
In this class we’ll continue to present you and your dog with real life challenges so that you can learn how to get your dog to work with you wherever you happen to be.

In this class we will focus on:
Acheiving faster responses to cues
More consistency in responses and improved timing
Introduce heeling work
Continue to work on stays while increasing the 4 D's (distance, duration, direction and distraction)
Improving your dogs recall (come when called) in the face of distraction
Plus, you’ll even learn some fun tricks so your dog can impress friends and family alike!
Intermediate Manners & Obedience for Dogs is six consecutive weeks long, each session lasts approximately 50 minutes. You and your dog will attend all six sessions together! This class is for dogs 5 months and older that have completed Basic Manners & Obedience for Dogs (or the equivalent)! Feel free to enroll your senior companion because old dogs really can learn new tricks! You will be required to provide proof of current, age appropriate vaccinations.
