Found Cats

Below is a listing of found cats who have strayed from their home and now the person who found the cat needs your help to get them home. If you have lost a cat there's a chance that the person who found him/her has posted contact information here.

Please note that Humane Society Silicon Valley does not have information about these cats. This site is only offered as a tool for our constituents who need help in finding a lost pet.

All postings must be approved before being published. Please allow up to 24 hours for your story to be visible on our website.

Postings will be automatically unpublished after 28 days and ad posters will need to re-post their ad if necessary. Also, if you have reunited with a lost or found pet please contact us so we can remove your ad.

Warning! Sometimes unfriendly citizens use these types of websites to prey on people. HSSV urges you to use caution if you are contacted by someone claiming to have found your pet and asks you for a reward in exchange for the animal. This is a common con and should be reported to your local law enforcement.

Found Tabby Cat - Blossom Hill and Snell Tuesday, October 13, 2009 We found a kitten the evening of 10/13/09 at the old Aloha skating rink or San Jose Skate. The kitten followed us in to the rink. Starving cat staked us out and then moved in Tuesday, September 22, 2009 We moved to Los Gatos area Aug.1 2009 and noticed a white cat watching us she would come and go. Several weeks later we came home and she was so thin and crying for food that we fed her outside. It was super hot, so we made sure to leave a dish of water.
