Choosing to put a loved companion animal down can be a very difficult decision. Humane Society Silicon Valley provides a humane, painless and dignified death for your pets and you are welcome to be present during your pet's euthanasia. You can choose for us to care for your pets final resting or have them returned to you through private cremation services.

Cremations are returned in a finished cedar urn accompanied by a memorial card for the pet owner. A Pawprint ceramic plaque can be created to memorialize your pet (for private cremations only). The plaque consists of a blue pawprint on a white ceramic background (cost $55 and the easel to display the plaque is included). Your pet's hind foot will be used for the imprint unless otherwise requested.
